Personalise Your Class Environment
A personalised practice environment could complement your yoga, movement or meditation class.
- Create a space just for you, ideally away from distractions.
- Find your serenity, near natural plants, light and airy or dark and cozy!
- Ensure your space is at the temperature to suit you and your selected practice.
- Wear clothing you can move in comfortably and suit your selected practice.
- Sip still water slowly during your practice.
Why not subconsciously tune into your five senses!

The skin is truly a sensitive organ, and receives messages and communications through the sensory nerves.
You could incorporate some stimuli in various ways, such as relaxation from the warmth of the sun, a soft breeze, or a tactile prop such as a soft blanket. A quick foot roll over a fascia massage ball will certainly invigorate before a class.
